Are you spinning your wheels, or gaining traction with action?
Think about your voice-over business for a minute. Are you happy with where you are right now? Are there things you’ve been wanting to do, or more importantly, NEEDING to do to make your business more viable and alive? I’m sure there are plenty of both wants and needs for your vo biz.
To key to getting things started is to START! Stop spinning your wheels in anticipation of getting this done. The traction you need to climb that hill known as accomplishment is ACTION. DO SOMETHING. Even if it’s just ONE thing today. DO IT!
Here are a few ideas on my list, that I will be DOING as of right now!
- Send a sample audition to a friend who is audio engineer and ask him to give me a ‘sound check’ to see if my recording is sounding clear and clean.
- Discuss new demo production with my coaches/producers.
- Get in touch with my web designer and imaging consultant to consider a direction to re-brand.
