I saw this posted on the Freelance Switch blog yesterday, Top 25 Lessons Learned in 25 Years Of Freelancing. The author, Will Kenny, is a freelancer in the field of consulting, but many of the lessons he’s learned, and shares about his years in the business, are universal, and can be applied to your business as a freelance voice talent.
If you can’t relate to all on Kenny’s list, maybe you can learn from a few, like my favorite:
“3. Afternoon Naps are among the best ‘fringe benefits’ of running my own business, rather than working in a cubicle.”
What lessons have you learned in your years as a freelance voice talent?
